Hi all. Much the same as yesterday- very wild and wet!! Very long hard day and didn’t get to hotel until 21.30 😱. We lost a little time on the very top as we got lost! Serious map and compass job and thankfully we managed to re find the right track. So hard with no visibility and so many tracks 🤪. Just over 17 miles and almost 4000ft. Biggest stat is time walking!!! very tired and super weary and honestly nothing much that doesn’t hurt 😂. Have my first guest Walker tomorrow 😃. The much loved Simon Hawkyard, who was debbies main consultant at Scarborough. No time to rest or ease up with just over 20 miles to do. Gonna be another hard day🥲.
